Starting a new job can be daunting, especially in the current climate where many people are still working from home and not formerly meeting other staff in person. After your induction why not arrange to shadow a team member or arrange virtual coffee meetings with people in your team. Lots of companies have online Yammer groups or networks you can be in, albeit virtually in some cases. Ask your HR or teamleaders/managers where there are opportunities to connect with your colleagues to help settle you in.

Give

If your employer, company or personal pension provider runs a Payroll Giving scheme, you can donate straight from your wages or pension into a charity. This happens before tax is deducted from your income. Ask your employer or pension provider if they run a Payroll Giving scheme for more information.
Be active

Be active

Fitting activity into your daily routine can be a sustainable way to carry out regular exercise with limited or no cost. Walking and cycling are the most effective ways to promote routine and when you do this combined with your trip to work or the school run it is often termed 'active travel'.
