Hope For The Community CIC, Coventry based social enterprise, in partnership with local statutory and VCSE organisations, are running a free online self-management course for people with long-COVID.

Hope For The Community CIC, Coventry based social enterprise, in partnership with local statutory and VCSE organisations, are running a free online self-management course for people with long-COVID living in Coventry, Warwickshire and Rugby (18+ and no need for a formal diagnosis)

The Hope Programme is a peer-supported group self-management programme. The course was co-created with people, healthcare professionals and academics. Based on positive psychology, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy, the Hope Programme courses are co-designed and rooted in over 20 years of research evidence at Coventry University.  For more information and to self-refer please visit the website  www.hopecwr.h4c.org.uk/hopecourses
