Come and join 'By Your Side' for their Coventry & Warwickshire Perinatal Mental Health awareness walk on Sunday 3rd October at the War Memorial Park in Coventry.
By your Side are a service user forum working with the Coventry and Warwickshire Perinatal Mental Health Team helping to support families with emotional difficulties during pregnancy or in the year
following the birth of their child.
They have 'lived experience' and want to help support families through peer support service as well as breaking down the stigma and barriers that prevent people seeking the help and support they need.
£5 per family (includes free goody bag).
